GUEST SPEAKERS

VICKY FLEETWOOD
Vicky is an ex-international athlete who’s represented England for 15 years. With 82 England caps, a World Cup winners medal, 6 x 6 nations titles and a commonwealth Games medal, there aren’t many rugby players (male or female) who have had a more decorated career.

Her journey has not been a straightforward one however. Plagued by injury setbacks, personal loss and battling through mental health struggles, Vicky has conquered adversity to achieve greatness in her field.

Away from the rugby pitch where she now runs an academy team with her husband, Vicky runs a successful personal training and performance coaching business. She’ll often be found helping others to succeed in their own disciplines or walking her Boxer dog, Willow!
SOPHIA ELLIS
I am a Team GB powerlifter, five-time British champion, two-time European champion, and Commonwealth champion. I currently hold British records in the bench press (125.5kg), deadlift (245.5kg), and total (548kg). Powerlifting has given me the opportunity to see how capable my body is, to push my limits, challenge stereotypes, and inspire others to build strength - both physically and mentally. As a vegan athlete, I am passionate about showing that plant-based nutrition can support high-level performance in strength sports. I am also an advocate for eating disorder awareness, using my platform to promote a healthy relationship with food and body image
ANCA NICOLETA
Anca Nicoleta Ward is a Romanian-born professional bikini wellness athlete and personal coach. She has won eight world and British bikini pro championships and holds six professional titles in the bikini wellness category. Beyond competing, she is the CEO of BootyAY Official and provides personalised coaching. Reflecting on her journey, she has expressed amazement at her progress and excitement for future challenges.

CHLOE SALTER
I've been in the fitness industry wearing many hats for the previous 10 years! I started my journey as a personal trainer, and moved on to coaching CrossFit for several years alongside managing gyms in the middle east including CrossFit Yas, and have been lucky to have hosted fitness events for women in places abroad such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In 2022 I traded CrossFit to go into the world of competitive bodybuilding, and after 2 seasons as a bodybuilder I won my pro status in the IFBB league and am currently preparing for my first professional bodybuilding season where I will be competing in the USA! I now work exclusively coaching women, helping them to become the absolute strongest and fittest version of themselves, and to perform at their physical best in all aspects of daily life, not just training.
tara Riley, founder of Tara Riley Method.
Pilates, Barre, and Strength coach Tara is proof that age is just a number. Inspired by her grandmother’s battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis—an autoimmune disease she was also diagnosed with at 28—she created her own movement method, transforming pain into power.

Now 48, Tara shatters the myth of slowing down with age. Her high-energy, precision-driven classes—both online and in her Hither Green studio—seamlessly blend Barre, Pilates, and Strength, building resilience inside and out. With elegance, expertise, and a dazzling smile, she proves that strength is sexy at any age!
